Happy Saturday! This is my last post as Just Us Girls’ Guest Designer for the month of May. This month’s final challenge is a Wild Card Week with Spots and/or Dots.
For this week, I’m playing with Hero Art’s May Monthly Kit. I’m loving this ocean themed set. I used Gina K Designs Sea Glass, Tranquil Teal, and Blue Denim ink to ink blend on a grey cardstock. Then, I used Gina K Designs White Pigment Ink on Funky Fossil Designs Dotty Circle Stencil Background. I also added some water droplets to give it a more watery vibe.
I heat embossed the jellyfish from the May Monthly Kit onto vellum with Recollections Pearl Embossing Powder to give it some shine. I decided to use vellum to give it that see through appearance and added some color by inblending GKD Peach Bellini and Coral Reef to the back of the vellum. I heat embossed the sentiment with Altenew Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder.

Those jellyfish look fabulous, Jacinda. Vellum was the way to go to give them a transparent look. The dotted background is a great place for them to swim around. I’ve enjoyed having you as our guest this month and seeing all your wonderful creations.
