BYSHC Sketch #53 ~ Tree Rex

Happy Friday Friends! I’m back with my second card for BYSHC Sketch Challenge #53. Today, I used Trinity Stamps Tree Rex stamp set with FSJ Holly Jolly Prints paper pad. I love these non-traditional colors for a Christmas card and the dinosaurs are just adorable.

Here’s the sketch.

Thank you for stopping by. Make sure to add your card to BYSHC’s Facebook Group by the end of today for a chance to win a $25 gift card from our sponsor Not 2 Shabby. You can also check out more inspirations from the design team on BYSHC’s Blog.

BYSHC Christmas in July Linky Party ~ Day 8

Today is the last day of BYSHC Christmas in July Linky Party! I hope you got the chance to join us and link up a card. The party ends July 28th at 11:59 PT. Make sure to link up your cards to BYSHC Blog for a chance to win a prize from our generous sponsors. Since today’s the last day, I’m sharing two cards.

For the first card, I used another one of our sponsor, Angie Blom Digital Designs. I used her Blessings Poinsettia Digital Image. I printed out, copic colored, and fussy cut out her image. Then I die cut out a white panel with Spellbinders Circular Stitch Background. I inkblended the edges of my white card base with Gina K Designs Passionate Pink. I glued the image on to my background and then on to my card base. Lastly, I added Gina K Design’s Holiday Greetings Sentiment Sheets.

Now, my second card using Trinity Stamp Tree of Lights Stencil Set.

I used Gina K Designs Tranquil Teal, Light Lilac, and Sea Glass. For my fourth stencil, I used Judi Kins Sticky Stuff Embossing Powder with Perfect Pearl Perfect Pearls. I did the same with my star. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp Nutty & Bright. Lastly, I die cut out the cardstock with Picket Fence Studios Slim Line Diecutting System and glued it on to a card base.

A side view to see the pretty shine.

Thanks for coming! I hope you’ve enjoyed the week long of Christmas cards and got a chance to play along. Check out BYSHC Blog to see all the beautiful inspirations created by everyone that participated.
