BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Day 8

Good morning friends! Today is the last day to join in on BYSHC Falling of the Holidays Linky Party! Make sure to link up your cards on BYSHC’s Blog by 11:59 PST tonight.

I’m ending with a fun shaker card using our sponsor Kat Scrappiness’ dies and embellishments. I started with die cutting Glitter cardstock with Kat Scrappiness Magical Memories craft dies. I felt like my Mickey was missing a Christmas hat, so I took a gnome hat from Sponsor Gina K Designs & Therm-O-Web’s Gnome for the Holidays kit. Then I glued them together and on to Kat Scrappiness’ Full Front Shaker Card.

I cut the pattern paper from Recollections Red & White Paper Pad to 4-1/4″x 5-1/2″. I stamped the sentiment from Waffle Flower Warm Wishes on to the acetate and taped 3 sides down on the back. I poured in Kat Scrappiness’ Magical Holiday Sprinkles with some black and red sprinkles. Lastly, I sealed my fourth side and it was complete.

I hope you had fun this week full of Christmas inspirations. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. Be sure to check out all the beautiful creations on BYSHC’s Blog. Even if you didn’t get a chance to join us by linking up a newly made card, you can still win something by leaving a comment. So go to BYSHC’s Blog for all the details. Thanks again for coming!

BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Day 7

Hi friends! I have simple Christmas card for day 7 of BYSHC Falling for the Holidays Linky Party! I used our sponsors Gina K Designs and Jaded Blossom. I’m loving this white on white look.

I started with embossing all the necessary pieces with Gina K Designs Tapestry Embossing Folder and Swiss Dot Embossing folder.

Then I die cut everything else. I used Jaded Blossom Small Poinsettia Die to create my focal image. My sentiment was from Waffle Flower Happy Holidays Print Die.

I glued everything together and added it on to an A2 card. Super simple yet elegant if I do say so myself. 😜

I started by making the moon with GKD Masked Circle Stencil, Harvest of Happiness stamp set, Sweet Corn Ink, Lemon Drop Ink. I masked off the moon and ink blended the night sky with GKD Blue Denim, Wild Lilac, and Peach Bellini Ink. I stamped the images from GKD Holiday Silhouettes and Winter Terrain stamp sets. I splashed some white ink on the card and die cut the panel with GKD Master Layout 1. Lastly, I used the sentiment from GKD Merry Christmas & Shadow die.

BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Day 5

For day 5, I’m sharing this adorable card using Waffle Flower NPC Let it Snow Stencil and Nesting Postage Collage Die. I used it with our sponsors Therm-o-web Deco Foil Candy Stripes card fronts and Gina K Designs Sparkling Silver foil.

I started off ink blending my snowman with Gina K Designs Red Velvet, Sweet Mango, Black Onyx, and Blue Denim Ink. I splashed some Altenew White Ink Spray on my night sky. I die cut out the panel and black scalloped mat with Waffle Flower Nesting Postage Collage Die.

Then I took a foiled background from an old project and traced the scarf in the middle. I fussy cut out my scarf and glued it on to the snowman. I glued my snowman on to the black scalloped card stock and glued that over the foiled background.

BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Day 4

Halfway through BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party! I hope everyone got a chance to join us already. If not, there’s still 4 more days to link up your newly made Christmas or winter themed projects, or you can participate just by leaving a comment. We have some amazing prizes!

Today, I’m sharing this adorable CAS card using our sponsor, Lawn Fawn. I started by stamping, copic coloring, and die cutting LF’s Christmas fishes. I used our sponsor Gina K Designs’ master layout 1 die to die cut a white and teal card stock. I used a ripple stencil from my stash, masked the sides, and ink blended with GKD’s Sea Glass, Turquoise Sea, Tranquil Teal on the white card stock.

Once the ink blending was done, I removed the stencil and glued my critters on the card. I stamped the sentiment and glued my white card stock onto the teal mat card stock. Lastly, I glued it onto an A2 card.

Thank you for joining me today. I hope you’ve been having fun at BYSHC’s Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party! Join me tomorrow for day 5!

BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Day 3

I’m sharing a fun card for BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party today! Our sponsor Gina K Designs’ new kit, A Little Something, arrived just in time for me to play with it.

I started with Joyful Ornament die to cut my ornament. Then I taped it down to the corresponding embossing folder and embossed it. Lastly, I used the matching stencil and ink blended with GKD’s Dark Lilac, Medium Orchid, and Wild Lilac.

I die cut a silver foil card stock with the ornament topper and glued it down. To make sure the back looks nice, I die cut another piece of ornament and the topper and glued it to the back. I did this because my ornament is a loose piece that can be removed from the card and be used as a tag or an actual ornament.

I embossed a white card stock with Joyful Ornament embossing folder to match my ornament and glued it to a purple mat card stock. I stamped, copic colored, and die cut GKD’s Festive Penguins. To make the lights fun, I added our sponsor Pink & Main’s Sticky Pearls. Lastly, I added the sentiment from the same stamp set.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you love this card as much as I do.

Make sure to link your newly made card by Oct. 24th 11:59 pm PST on BYSHC’s blog. I’m loving all these inspirations being linked up. Come back tomorrow for another adorable card.

BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Day 2

Welcome back to day 2 of BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party! I’m sharing 2 adorable cards using our sponsor Not 2 Shabby Christmas Critters paper pad & ephemera.

For the first card, I combined it with Waffle Flower’s Warm Wishes stamp. I stamped it and made it into a fish tail. Then I added some faux stitches with gold metallic pen.

For my second card, I didn’t add a sentiment, but I added a cotton ball on the hat. I kept it simple without a sentiment.

Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment. Make sure to link your newly made card by Oct. 24th 11:59 pm PST on BYSHC’s blog. I can’t wait to see what everyone makes. Come back tomorrow for day 3!

BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party ~ Day 1

Hey friends! Who’s working on Christmas/holiday/winter cards? If you are, join us by linking up your newly made cards on BYSHC’s blog for a chance to win some awesome prizes from our amazing sponsors.

Today I’m sharing 2 cards using our sponsor, Gina K Designs, Serene Branches embossing folder, stencil, and die. For the first card, I inked the branches with GKD Light Sage, Medium Sage, and Red Velvet. I combined it with Merry Christmas and Shadow die.

For my second card, I used Lisa Horton’s Christmas Cheer, Festive Fir, and Yuletide Sky. I love the glitter and shine of this ink, but I had to spray Mod Podge Gloss Acrylic Sealer to prevent the glitter from falling off.

My sentiment is from Gina K Design’s Poly Glaze Holiday Floral Greetings. I used Radiant Red foil from our sponsors Therm-O-Web’s and Gina K Designs’.

Another angle to show the beautiful shine. Hopefully, you can see it.

Thank you for dropping by and leaving a comment. I really appreciate it. Make sure to link your newly made card by Oct. 24th 11:59 pm PST on BYSHC’s blog. I can’t wait to see what everyone makes. Come back tomorrow for day 2!

BYSHC #62 – Dear Santa

Happy Friday crafty friends! I’m sharing another card for BYSHC Sketch challenge #62. I used Newton’s Nook Designs’ Dear Santa stamp and die set with Echo Park’s A Lumberjack Christmas for this card.

I got two black cardstock and cut them to 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ and 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″. I cut the plaid cardstock to 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″. The santa cardstock was cut to 1-5/8″ x 4-5/8″, 1-5/8″ x 1-7/8″, and 1-5/8″ x 2-5/8″. I glued all the pieces on to an A2 card. I modified the sizes because I prefer the thinner black showing. What do you think?

Lastly, I stamped, copic colored, and die cut out the santa. I stamped the sentiment and fussy cut it out. I glued it on to the card and it was done. Here’s a look at the sketch.

BYSHC #62 ~ Winter Foilage

Hi crafty friends! It’s time for a new sketch challenge at Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers. I’m sharing two cards featuring our sponsor, Gina K Designs.

For my first card, I used Gina K Designs Winter Foilage Ephemera and Card Stock and her Winter Cheer Sentiment Strips. I cut all the cardstock to the sizes following the sketch below and glued them to an A2 card.

Then, I played with the ephemera until I liked all their placement. I used press-n-seal on top so they will stay in the same position when I add glue. I flipped them all over and added glue on the bottom of the ephemeras. I placed it back down on the cardstock and removed the press-n-seal. Lastly, I added the sentiment.

For my second card, I used Winter Foilage cardstock with Holiday Floral stamp and die set. The sentiment is from Gina K Design’s Stamptember collab with Simon Says Stamp called Stay Cozy. I just swapped the sketch so my two pieces is on the left instead.

Thank you for stopping by. If you want to see more inspirations from the Design Team, check out BYSHC’s Blog. Make sure to add your card in BYSHC’s Facebook Group Album by Oct. 31st for a chance to win a gift card to Gina K Designs.
