Coffee Cup

Hi crafty friends! I’m playing along with 2025 Fall Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. It was a great excuse to play with Gina K Designs’ Give A Gift Die Set. It includes a coffee to go cup die set.

I had this piece of black and gold sheet using GKD Serene Branches Embossing folder with some gold embossing powder. I was trying something out, and I didn’t like how it turned out. I’ve been saving it, and decided it might look nice as a cup.

I die cut the sleeve with kraft card stock and ink blended Warm Cocoa Ink on the edge. Then I scored some lines on the sleeve. I glued it on to the body of the cup. I glued a pre-made sentiment from GKD Holiday Floral Poly-Glaze Sheets on to the sleeve.

I die cut my lid and stamped the sentiment from GKD A Little Something stamp set. I embossed a white card stock with GKD Serene Branches. I added some foam tape on the edge of my black cup and adhered it down to the background.

I got my gift card and added some double sided tape on the top. I adhered it to the back of my cup lid so the recipient can pull up the lid and take their gift card. Lastly, I glued my white embossed background to an A2 card.

BYSHC #57 ~ Vintage Holiday

Happy Friday crafty friends! I hope everyone had a chance to join in on BYSHC Spring into Christmas Linky Party. I had a lot of fun seeing all these beautiful inspirations. Please make sure to check out BYSHC’s blog to see if you were one of the winners.

Now back to sharing some inspiration for the sketch challenge #57 at Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers. This time I played with Gina K Designs Poly-Glaze Sheets. My smaller squares were made with the negative piece of Flurries Poly-Glaze sheet and GKD Sparkling Silver Fancy Foils. The larger square was GKD Blanket of Snow Poly-Glaze sheet and Therm-o-Web Lapis Watercolor Deco Foil. The snowman and the sentiment are from GKD’s Holiday Vintage stamp set. The measurements are based on the sketch below.

BYSHC Spring into Christmas ~ Day 2

I’m back sharing a simple card for BYSHC’s Spring into Christmas Linky Party! I’m featuring our wonderful sponsors Gina K Designs and Therm-O-Web. I took Gina K Design’s Blanket of Snow Poly Glaze Foiling Sheets and foiled with Thermo-O-Web’s Lapis Watercolor Deco Foil. I took the negative piece and foiled it to Gina K Design’s White Poly Glaze Sheet.

I used GKD’s Master Layouts 2 to die cut out the foiled sheet and a navy card stock . Then I stamped the sentiment from GKD Peace Love and Joy stamp set. I die cut the sentiment and a navy cardstock with GKD Master Layouts 7. I glued everything together on to an A2 card.

A different angle of my card.

An easy, gorgeous card made. I hope you join the fun. Link a newly made Christmas card on BYSHC’s Blog. You could win an awesome prize from our wonderful sponsors. Thank you for stopping by.
