BYSHC #60 ~ Christmas Pets

Welcome back friends! I’m sharing some more cards for BYSHC Sketch Challenge #60. I used Recollection Christmas Pets pattern paper with LDRS Creative Christmas Sentiment Stack.

I have so much scraps with this paper pad, so it was perfect. I cut the scraps to 2-7/8″ x 15/16″ and glued 4 pieces on to the 3″ x 4″ beige cardstock. I cut the pink snowflake pattern paper to 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ and glued on to 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ beige cardstock.

I fussy cut the dog out and glued it on. Lastly, I had premade sentiments so i just glued it on.

I love how it turned out, so I made a second one.

BYSHC #60 ~ FaLaLa

Hi friends! BYSHC has a new sketch for August. It’s a great way to use up your paper scraps, even though I didn’t do it for this card. 🤪 Here’s the sketch I followed.

For this simple card, I used Spellbinders All Aboard Christmas Kit. First, I cut the pattern papers and cardstocks following the measurements. Instead of cutting strips, the kit already had a pattern paper with strips, so I used that instead. I cut that paper to 2-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ and glued it on to my 3″ x 4″ beige mat. Once all my pattern papers and cardstocks were glued down, I took the ephemera and added foam tape. Lastly, I glued it on to an A2 card.
