It’s the last day of BYSHC Falling for the Holidays Linky Party! I hope you had a lot of fun joining the event and seeing everyone’s designs. The linky party ends today at 11:59 pm PST, so there’s definitely still some time to squeeze in a card or two. I’m going to see if I can. ☺️
For day 8, I’m showcasing our sponsors Unity Stamp Co and Gina K Designs. I stamped, colored, and fussy cut out my snowman from Unity Stamp Something about Christmas stamp set. I used a paper cutter to cut the right and bottom edge to give it a clean cut.
I grabbed a Michael’s premade card which has an alcohol ink background. I’m really trying to use up these old cards that have been sitting in my room for awhile. I stamped some snowflakes from Gina K Designs Stamptember Shimmering Season set with LDRS Creative Snowy White Ink. I stamped the sentiment from Unity stamp set and glued my snowman onto the card.
Super simple and easy card done. Thank you for coming. Be sure to check out BYSHC’s Blog to see all the beautiful cards. Even if you don’t link up a card, you can still win a prize just by commenting on all the cards. See BYSHC’s Blog for all the details. The winners for linky party will be announced on Oct. 28th, so be sure to check out BYSHC’s Blog for the winners!
Happy Friday! I’m sharing my second card for BYSHC Sketch Challenge for October. This month the winner will be receiving a $25 gift card from our wonderful sponsor, A Colorful Life Designs, so be sure to play along.
Instead of putting a sentiment across my card, I decided to use some adorable mammoths that I stamped and fussy cut from Mama Elephant’s Mammoth Love stamps. I embossed a white cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Faceted Snowflakes Embossing Folder and ink blended some blue on to my background. I laid my Mammoths in a line and glued them down. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment from Mama Elephant’s Holiday Messages.
October’s sketch is simple with lots of different interpretations. Check out BYSHC’s Blog and BYSHC’s facebook to see them all. I really do hope you enjoyed this card and join in on the fun. You can also enter your sketch challenge cards into BYSHC’s Falling for the Holidays Linky Party, so that’s 2 chances to win. Hi crafty friend! I’m back sharing another card for BYSHC’s Falling for the Holidays Linky Party! I’m featuring our sponsor Gina K Designs. I was inspired by one of the members on Gina K Designs Facebook group. She made a white and gold Christmas tree with the Christmas trees in the Winter Wonderland Die set. It was gorgeous.
So for my card, I used those Christmas trees to make a wreath. I started with die cutting a white cardstock and gold foil cardstock with Gina’s Master Layouts 1. I die cut a lot of green trees from GKD’s Winter Wonderland Dies. I pressed the trees unevenly in GKD Embossing Ink and heat embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. I drew a circle on the white panel and glued my “trees” in a circle. I did about 4 layers for my wreath.
I heat embossed my sentiment from Gina’s stamptember Stay Cozy stamp set. I wanted to splash some gold paint on my card, so I die cut the sentiment outline on a scrap piece to mask my sentiment. Once my paint dried, I added some Gold Solid Round Confetti Sequins from Kat Scrappiness. I added two snowmen from the same Gina die set and added them on my wreath.
I glued my white cardstock on my gold foil cardstock and added it on a green mat. I love all the shine but I’m not sure if it’s too simple. What do you think?
Thank you for stopping by. I really hope you had a chance to join in on the fun at BYSHC’s Blog. There’s so many gorgeous cards already created. Hopefully one of them inspires you to play along. The last day to link up your newly made cards is Friday, 10/25 at 11:59 PM PST, so there’s still time!

Today, I’m featuring our sponsors Taylored Expressions, Thermoweb, and Gina K Designs. I started die cutting my pup from Taylored Expressions I’m a Hugger – Dog die set. I pieced everything together and stamped the eyes and mouth.
I had a scrap piece of Thermoweb Decofoil Candy Stripes Toner Card Front that I foiled with Gina K Designs Radiant Red foil. I wanted to use up this scrap piece before I lose it on my messy desk. 🙂 I glued my pup behind the scraped piece and glued everything on to a top fold A2 card.
I cut out a small piece of Thermoweb Toner Card Front and foiled it with some Radiant Red. I used Gina K Designs and Thermoweb’s collab Penguin Pal Kit to die cut out those reindeer ears and glued it onto my puppy. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment from My Favorite Things Happy Pawlidays stamp set.

Hi crafty friend! I’m back for day 5 of BYSHC’s Falling for the Holidays Linky Party. I’m sharing an adorable card showcasing our sponsors Newton’s Nook Designs, Gina Marie Designs, and Gina K Designs. Check out BYSHC’s Blog for all the details on our sponsors. Some of them are having sales!
I got a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ white cardstock and stamped Newton’s Nook Designs Sweater Weather images all over with Gina K Designs Warm Cocoa Ink. Inspired by Newton’s Nook Designs October Color Challenge, I colored the images with Orange, Gray, Green and Cream colors.
I die cut the center with Gina Marie Designs’ Big and Little Chain Rectangle Die Set. I cut out a gray mat for my center piece and glued my center on top. I attached the center piece with our sponsor Thermoweb iCraft 3d Foam Tape to give it some dimension.
I die cut a white and a gray circle with Gina K Designs Master Layouts 7. I stamped the sentiment in to the middle of the white circle and glued it on the gray circle. I attached everything to a top fold A2 card. I love the softness of this card.
Thanks for spending some time with me! Hopefully you enjoyed your time here. Make sure to check out all the beautiful cards everyone is creating on BYSHC’s Blog! Come back tomorrow for another fun card!
I’m sharing an extra card for today for BYSHC Falling for the Holidays Linky Party. I used Waffle Flower’s Postage Collage Die to die cut out my white cardstock base. I stuck it on to a WF grip mat to hold it in place. I laid my Postage Collage Poinsettia Stencil over the cardstock and ink blended with sponsor Gina K Designs Red Hot, Fresh Asparagus, and Prickly Pear Ink.
Side note: My NEW FAVORITE tool is the grip mat. So easy for ink blending and stamping with MISTI.
I added some Simon Says Stamp Citrine Glitter Glitz Gel on one of the layering stencil to give it some extra shine and pop. Hopefully you can see the shimmers through the picture. Stunning in real life.
I used Gold Foil cardstock with Waffle Flower’s Happy Holidays Print Die for my sentiment and glued everything on to a green cardstock and then an A2 card. That’s it for this simple card.
Thank you for stopping by. Check out BYSHC’s blog to see all the beautiful cards everyone is making. Hope you join us and build up your stash of holiday cards.

For day 4, I’m featuring our sponsors Lawn Fawn and Twiddler’s Nook. I started with stamping, copic coloring, and die cutting out the narwhal from LF’s Winter Narwhal. I created my sand with sponsor Gina K Designs Master Layout 16 and Sandy Beach Ink. I glued my sand on to a premade alcohol ink background card I got from Michaels. I stamped some shells from LF Beach Christmas stamp onto the sand and colored them.
Then it’s assembling my shaker mug. I die cut out 6 LF’s Stitched Mug Frame. One of the layer was created with LF’s Starry Skies petite paper pack and the rest was with white cardstock. I traced the body of the cup on to white cardstock and acetate. I cut it out and made sure they were a little bit smaller so they won’t stick out once I glued everything together.
I sandwiched my narwhal between my starry frame and the acetate and added Sponsor Thermoweb iCraft 3D Foam Tape onto the narwhal. I glued 5 layers of mug frame after the acetate. For my bottom layer, I glued my starry inside on to my cut out traced white cardstock and poured some Twiddler’s Nook Happy Feet Embellishment Mix, Michael’s clear white stars embellishment, and Hero Arts shell sequins on top of it. I glued my top on to my bottom layer. Lastly I stamped some bubbles and the sentiment on to the card.
Thank you for coming! There’s so many wonderful cards already linked up. Hope you get a chance to check them out. If you aren’t able to play with us, there’s a goodie bag for a random winner who leaves a comment on all the post! Another way to join in on the fun. Get all the details on BYSHC’s blog.
Hi crafty friend! I’m sharing my third card for BYSHC Falling for the Holidays 2024 Linky Party. It’s a pretty one if I do say so myself. 😜 I’m showcasing our sponsor Gina Marie Designs’ Stitched Snowflake Background Plate Die with beautiful ink from sponsor Gina K Designs.
I ink blended GKD Plum Punch, Tranquil Teal, and Turqoise sea ink from top to bottom. I die cut out the background and attached Altenew’s double sided adhesive on the back of my background. This allows the spaces that were die cut out to be sticky so I can add Gina K Designs’ silver prismatic glitter easily. I removed the other side of my adhesive and attached it to an A2 card.
Lastly I added a sentiment using LDRSCreative Christmas Sentiments stamp and Sentiment Stack II Die. This set allows me to make a bunch of sentiment strips at once.

Today my card features our sponsors Jaded Blossom, Thermoweb, and Gina K Designs. I started with my Radiant Red Fancy Foil Negative from Thermoweb’s Decofoil Candy Stripes Toner Card Fronts. I foiled the negative on to Gina K Designs’ White Poly-Glaze Sheets. I glued it down on to a black mat.
I die cut some ovals from Waffle Flower Lacy Ovals Die set. I stamped, copic colored, and fussy cut out my Santa cupcake from Jaded Blossom’s Sweet Christmas Wishes. I glued my Santa on to my white scalloped oval and stamped the sentiment. I glued everything together and on to an A2 card.

Hi crafty friend! Who’s ready to start prepping for the Holidays? Join BYSHC’s Falling for the Holidays Linky Party to help you get started on holiday cards. For the first day, I made a couple of cards using Sponsor Gina K Designs’ Modern Poinsettia Stencil. It’s super easy to stencil with Gina’s stencils because they are numbered to help you. For my first card, I started with a A2 Kraft cardstock. I ink blended with all Gina K Design inks. Red Hot for layer 1, Cherry Red for layer 2, Fresh Asparagus for layer 3, and Simon Says Stamp Citrine Glitz glitter gel for layer 4. I stamped and die cut the sentiment from GKD Holiday Floral set and popped it up with Icraft 3D Foam Tape from Sponsor Thermoweb. Lastly, I glued my panel on to an A2 card.
For my second card, I started with Turquoise Sea for layer 1 and White pigment ink for layer 2. At that point, I was seeing snowflakes instead of flowers, so I decided to change it up. I heat embossed some snowflakes from GKD & Simon Says Stamp Stamptember Shimmering Season Set on to the bigger flowers. I stamped a smaller snowflake on to the smaller flowers with Tranquil Teal. Then, I used GKD & Thermoweb White Glitz Glitter Gel for layer 4 and added the sentiment from GKD Holiday Floral Set.
I actually didn’t like this card much, because I accidentally messed up one of my snowflakes and I didn’t like the blue on kraft as much. So, I HAD to make another snowflake card on white cardstock.
I started with Turquoise Sea for layer 1, Sea Glass for layer 2, and Tranquil Teal for layer 3. Once they were all inkblended, I stamped the snowflakes with Lisa Horton Cloud 9 Silver Shine. For my smaller snowflake, I grabbed it from GKD Christmas Cheer stamp set. I inkblended the Silver ink for layer 4, but I skipped my bigger snowflakes because I wanted to keep my snowflake image in the center. I colored in certain parts of my snowflakes with Prismacolor Cobalt Turquoise to give it some more interest. Lastly, I die cut out my panel and black cardstock with GKD Master Layout 1. I attached my sentiment and glued everything on to an A2 card.
Here’s another angle of my card to hopefully show the beautiful shine from the silver ink. I wanted my sentiment to “pop”, so I stacked my sentiment with 3 layers.
Which one is your favorite? Mine is the 3rd card. I really hope you join in on the fun because I can’t wait to check them out. Make sure to link up your cards on BYSHC’s Blog by Oct. 25th 11:59 PST for a chance to win. Come back tomorrow for a sweet card. Thank you for stopping by!
